At Luxiva Vision, a refund is not a favor — it is part of the purchase. When your returned sunglasses reach our warehouse and pass inspection, we release the funds to your original payment method. This page explains exactly how long it takes, which orders qualify, and what to do if something is off.

Luxiva Vision sells premium fashion sunglasses online, which means you cannot hold the frames before you order. We accept that some pairs simply will not suit you — and when that happens, you should not have to argue your way to a refund. The policy below is the same for every customer, every order, every frame style.

Our warehouse logs the parcel the day it arrives and emails you a received confirmation.

Within 2–3 business days we inspect the frames, lenses, case, and accessories against our return conditions.

Once approved, we release the refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Bank Clearing

Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 3–5 business days before the amount appears on your statement.

Which Orders Qualify For A Refund?

A refund is issued only when your return meets all four conditions on the right. If any condition is missing, we will contact you before making a decision — we do not void refunds silently.

30-Day Window

The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date on the tracking record.

CONDITION 02

Original Condition

Sunglasses are unworn, unscratched, and include the protective case, cleaning cloth, and warranty card.

CONDITION 03

Approved RMA

You have received a Return Merchandise Authorization number from our support team before shipping the item back.

CONDITION 04

Proof Of Purchase

The original order number, confirmation email, or receipt is included inside the parcel.

How Your Refund Is Returned

Refunds are always issued to the exact payment source used at checkout. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account, card, or person.

When A Partial Refund Applies

In a small number of cases, the refund amount is reduced to cover the cost of restoring the item for resale. You will always be notified of the adjustment before it is processed.

  • Returns received after the 30-day window
  • Frames with visible wear, scratches, or missing hardware
  • Parcels damaged due to inadequate return packaging
  • Missing case, cleaning cloth, or original box

Items That Cannot Be Refunded

To stay transparent with our customers, these categories are excluded from our standard refund program. Please review carefully before you buy.

Original Shipping Fees

The shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless the return is caused by an error from Luxiva Vision (wrong item, wrong prescription, or defective frames).

Final Sale & Clearance

Frames marked “Final Sale”, clearance styles, and promotional bundles at 50% off or more are sold as-is and cannot be returned for a refund.

Customized Eyewear

Prescription lenses, engraved frames, personalized cases, gift cards, and digital download codes are excluded — these cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged Or Defective On Arrival?

Every pair is inspected before it leaves our warehouse, but transit accidents happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will cover the return shipping label and offer you two options below — the choice is yours.

We refund 100% of the order value plus the original shipping fee to your original payment method. Refund is issued within 7–14 business days after the defective item is received back at our warehouse.
We ship the same frame model at no additional cost, including free return shipping for the defective pair. If the original model is out of stock, we will contact you to choose a replacement of equal value or switch to Option A.
Loose screws, misaligned hinges, cracked or chipped lenses on arrival, peeling coatings, scratched lenses out of the box, or an item that does not match the model ordered. Wear and tear from daily use is covered separately under our warranty, not the refund policy.

If you received our refund confirmation email but the money has not landed, work through this checklist before contacting us — one of these steps resolves most cases.

Some banks post refunds with a different merchant reference. Search by the original order amount, not by the store name.
