These Terms govern every purchase and every visit to Luxivavision. They are written in plain English so you know exactly what to expect from us, and what we expect in return, before you buy a pair of Sunglasses & Eyewear.

1. Agreement & Eligibility

Who Can Order

2. Our Products

We design and sell Sunglasses & Eyewear under the Luxivavision name. Product photographs are taken under studio lighting and may show slight colour variation from the physical item. Frame dimensions, lens specifications, and materials are listed on each product page. We reserve the right to adjust product availability, specifications, or colourways when a component is discontinued by our supplier — existing orders are always honoured at the price and configuration confirmed at checkout.

3. Intellectual Property

Every frame silhouette, hinge detail, packaging design, product photograph, and written description on Luxivavision is original work owned by Luxivavision or licensed to us. You may share product links and images on personal social media with credit. You may not reproduce our content for commercial resale, train AI models on it, or use our brand assets for dropshipping or private-label purposes without written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You May

  • Browse, compare, and save products to a wishlist
  • Create an account to track orders and returns
  • Leave honest reviews based on real purchases
  • Contact support for fitting or product questions

You May Not

  • Submit false information or fraudulent payment details
  • Scrape, probe, or attempt to disrupt the site
  • Resell our products as new without authorisation
  • Harass staff, abuse support, or post unlawful content

5. Orders, Pricing & Promotions

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email with an order number. Until then, your order is a request, not a contract.

Pricing

  • Displayed in USD unless a currency switcher is used
  • Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where required
  • Prices may change, but never after an order is confirmed

Promotions

  • One promo code per order unless stated otherwise
  • Codes cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
  • We may decline orders that breach promotion terms

In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing and offer either the corrected price or a full cancellation — your choice.

6. Payment

Payment is authorised at the moment you submit your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All card data is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors — Luxivavision never stores your full card number. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend future orders from the same account until the matter is resolved.

7. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Warranty

  • 12-month coverage on manufacturing defects
  • Does not cover scratches, drops, or misuse

8. Limitation of Liability & Updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxivavision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our sunglasses or website — for example, missed events due to a delayed parcel. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms to reflect new products, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational improvements. The “Effective Date” above will always show the current version. If a change materially affects your rights — for instance, a shorter return window — we will notify registered customers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Luxivavision is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith resolution through our support team within 30 days of the first written complaint.
If any clause is found unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses continue in full effect. A delay or failure by us to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right in future cases.
