Only new products — unopened, in original packaging, unused, with all tags attached. Returns cover both defective and non-defective products. Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible.

Yes, exchanges are accepted within the 30 days window from delivery for new, unused products.
Shipping
Return Shipping
Returns must be made by mail only. A prepaid return shipping label is included in the package and also re-sent via email with the RMA. Madaraca LLC covers 100% of return shipping — the customer does NOT pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and the RMA number is issued within 2 business days of approval.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@luxivavision.com with your order ID and reason for return within the 30 days window from delivery.
2. Expect a response within 24 business hours.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label by mail.
5. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank may add an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full, with no restocking fee; the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only when the return is due to an error on Madaraca LLC’s part (wrong, defective, or damaged item). Return shipping is always free via the prepaid label.
