Prescriptions, fit and returns
Do these frames come with prescription lenses?
The frames listed here ship with demo or clear lenses. Take them to your optician — including ours at 509 9th Ave — to have your prescription glazed.
How do I find my frame size?
Look inside the left temple arm of your current glasses for three numbers, for example 52-18-140. That is lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. Match those to the measurements on our product pages.
Will clip-on sunglasses fit my glasses?
Clip-ons fit a range of frame widths rather than one exact model. Check the stated compatible width on the listing against your own lens width before ordering.
What are the tinted low vision glasses for?
They are filter glasses that some people living with macular degeneration, glaucoma or cataracts find helpful for contrast and glare. They are not a treatment and they do not restore vision. Speak to your eye doctor first.
Can I return frames I have tried on?
Yes, within 30 days, unworn with tags attached. Return postage is yours for a change of mind; we cover it if the frames are faulty or we sent the wrong pair.
Are the goggles rated for workshop use?
Where a maker publishes an impact standard we quote it on the listing. Where none is published we do not claim one.

- Cost: free over $25; a flat $3.99 below that.
- Timing: 1-2 business days to pack, 3-7 business days in transit, so 4-9 business days in total.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery, with a prepaid return label included in the parcel.
