At Luxiva Vision, every order moves into production quickly so your sunglasses ship on time. That short turnaround is also why cancellations must reach us within the first two hours. This page explains when cancellation is possible, how to request one, and what happens once your frames leave our warehouse.

Why The 2-Hour Window

Fast Production Means A Short Cancellation Window

Luxiva Vision frames are picked, inspected, and labeled within hours of your order so shipments stay on schedule. Once that workflow begins, your pair is already in motion and cannot be pulled back. Telling us early is the only way to stop the process — please reach out quickly if anything is wrong.

01 · The Cancellation Window

You may cancel any standard Luxiva Vision order within 2 hours of the time it was placed. The clock starts the moment your order confirmation email is issued. After that window closes, your sunglasses are already in our pick-and-pack queue and we can no longer stop them. If you believe time is running short, email us first — we will act on whatever arrives within the window.

02 · Customized & Prescription Frames

Personalized engraving and prescription-lens orders for Sunglasses & Eyewear can also be cancelled inside the same 2-hour window. After that, the lens lab or engraving station has already begun work on your specific pair, and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please double-check prescription values and engraving text before checkout.

  • Cancel one or more pairs from a multi-item order
  • Keep the rest of your order active and on schedule
  • Refund covers only the cancelled items and their share of any promotion

Important Note

Shipping Recalculation

  • If removing items drops you below a free-shipping threshold, standard shipping may be reapplied to remaining items
  • Any adjustment is explained in your confirmation email before we charge
After Dispatch

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once a tracking number is generated, your order has physically left our warehouse and cancellation is no longer available. You still have options: refuse delivery at your door, or accept the parcel and start a standard return under our Return Policy. Either route leads to a refund once the sunglasses are back in our hands and pass inspection.

On Our Side

When Luxiva Vision Cancels An Order

In a few situations we may cancel an order from our side. We will email you first, then release a full refund to your original payment method. Reasons include:

  • The frame is out of stock or quietly discontinued
  • A pricing or product-description error was detected
  • Our fraud systems flag a payment that cannot be verified
  • The shipping address cannot be delivered to
  • The order conflicts with our Terms of Service
