1. Order Processing & Quality Inspection

Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or during holidays are processed on the next working day.

Before each pair of sunglasses leaves our facility, our team performs a visual inspection of the frame, lenses, hinges, and coatings. This quality check is the reason we do not ship on the same day an order is placed.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

The table below lists the shipping options available at checkout. All timeframes are calculated from the date the order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

United States

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days — $4.99 (free on orders above $75)
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days — $14.99

International

  • Canada: 7–15 business days — $9.99
  • Europe: 10–20 business days — $14.99
  • Asia-Pacific: 15–25 business days — $19.99
  • Rest of the World: 20–30 business days — $24.99

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Remote regions and peak seasons may add additional transit days.

Carrier Selection

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination, the shipping method selected at checkout, and current carrier availability in your region.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 to 48 hours after your order is dispatched. The tracking link becomes active once the first carrier scan is registered, which can take up to one additional business day.

If you have created a customer account, you can also follow the status of your order directly from your account dashboard.

5. International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

Who pays import charges?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST set by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Countries we do not ship to

We do not ship to countries or regions that are subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions. If you are unsure whether your country is supported, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

6. Possible Delays

While we work hard to dispatch every order on time, delivery can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. The most common causes of delay are listed below so you know what to expect.

  • Customs clearance on international shipments
  • Severe weather and natural events
  • Carrier network congestion during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts at the destination
  • Force majeure events affecting logistics

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it arrives in damaged condition, please follow the steps below. Reports submitted after the deadlines indicated may not be eligible for resolution.

Check with neighbors, household members, mailroom or building reception.

Call the assigned carrier with your tracking number for a local investigation.

Notify us within 7 days
Contact our support team so we can open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged on arrival
Send clear photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Please review the shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to update the destination address.

If a package is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed parcel at a local pickup point, a reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost will be charged before the order is sent out again.
